Louise Bernard is a PhD student at LSE in Economic Geography, she did her undergradaute studies at SciencesPo Paris and received a Master of Public Administration from the London School of Economics.
Her research interest is on the economic and political analysis of public policies with a special focus on urban issues. Working with statistical and GIS data, she is documenting the patterns of urbanisation in Sub-Saharan Africa and how public policies and social forces are interacting in urban areas.
